Employee Spotlight: Pam Steele

Levison Enterprises enjoys a great reputation not only as a great electronic manufacturer that provides customers with quality services but also as a company that highly values its employees. Occasionally, we shine a spotlight on those who help us achieve our goals and high standards for customer service. That said, we would like to introduce you to Pam Steele, a relatively new but awesome, hardworking, and reliable member of our team.

Pam Steele, Customer Service Manager

Ever since she joined the company on January 4th, 2021, the company and customers have enjoyed every bit of Pam’s presence. As the customer service manager, Pam is tasked with ensuring that every customer’s needs and expectations are met. Having nearly two decades of customer service experience, Pam is poised to steer our customer service department to higher levels.

Before joining Levison, Pam worked as a customer service and office manager for Owens-Illinois, Rexam, and Berry Plastics company for several years. Her experience in managing several customer service representatives who handled direct customers of her previous company is what makes her perfect for this role here with us.

As a customer service manager, Pam understands that prioritization and organization are crucial in seeing through her assigned duties. It is her responsibility to prioritize incoming workloads and being on top of customers’ orders. These skills come in handy in ensuring that our customers get their orders fulfilled on time and any arising concerns or questions are addressed quickly.

Despite working with us for only four months, Pam has enjoyed being part of our team, thanks to the good company culture that we have at Levison Enterprises. Here, we encourage our employees to coexist as a large family and work in partnership to achieve great customer satisfaction. It is the warm and fuzzy feeling that keeps our customers coming back over and over again.

The Future of Levison

From the customer service manager’s point of view, Pam agrees that what makes our company an industry leader is the “small-town” mentality. Everybody at the company is fully immersed in creating valuable products that meet every customer’s needs. Pam mentions that she was specifically impressed by all the projects we’ve done for the government. She mentions that she learned a lot from the processes we follow before fulfilling an order. Each of our projects is dynamic and quite challenging.

At Levison Enterprises, we understand the importance of our employees’ personal lives. As such, we encourage them to engage in fulfilling activities outside work, and Pam hasn’t been left out.

When Pam isn’t working, she likes walking, running, swimming, hiking, and golfing. She tells us that her love for traveling has been severely affected during this COVID-19 pandemic.
